Very enjoyable

Pros: All staff were really helpful everything was clean and tidy and the food we had was absolutely lovely

Overnight stay for Celebration party.

Pros: Overnight stay to attend a party in the cavalier room, so convenient to be able to stay over and not have to get a taxi. Rooms are comfortable and clean providing everything you need. Parking plentiful and many of the rooms its possible to park right outside motel style. Staff all very friendly and breakfast was good abd reasonably priced.

Cons: Room was a bit tired and could do with a freshen up, , but clean and comfortable.

Family visit

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfasts. Clean comfortable rooms. Beautiful grounds.

Lovely evening away for a charity event

Pros: Very comfortable bed, breakfast was freshly cooked not buffet style which was nice.

Pros: The staff are all friendly and helpful, room comfortable and good value for money but could have been slightly cleaner.

Stunning

Pros: Stunning property! Felt like I was abroad staying at a beautiful resort!

Cons: Bathrooms could be renovated but still acceptable, clean and well maintained.

Beautiful place, lovely room, clean. Some of the staff effected the stay.

Pros: Room was lovely with a pretty stream and waterfall outside. Breakfast was tasty but expensive for what we got.

Cons: Some of the staff....bossy, we went to a wedding. It felt like i was on a school trip and had to meet their itinerary. Drinks were expensive, room didn't come with breakfast...with breakfast the room was expensive for 1 night in a simple double bedroom.

Pros: The room numbers which are over the bridge all seem to suffer with the problem of squeaky bed frame!!! How staying overnight you'll get a good night's sleep and if everytime the wooden frame is squeaky. 9

Good value for money

Pros: The location is good The grounds are lovely The beds are very comfortable The staff are great, friendly & very helpful

Cons: The rooms need a little updating & our room had a bedside table that was wobbly so I had to put something under the foot to make it stable. The hand soap in the bathroom bathroom was very watery There were a few marks on the bedroom floor which I had to wipe so maybe a little more attention needed.

Wonderful

Pros: Breakfast was exquisite. Rooms were fantastic. Staff were so friendly. Definitely will book again.
