The Staff were exceptional , They went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay

Pros: The room was spacious with everything in it to enjoy a weekend getaway, very clean with modern design. At Breakfast you were spoilt for choice with everything fresh & cooked to order if you wanted that little extra.

Cons: There was nothing you couldn’t of liked, Beautiful Hotel in a good location

Pros: The hotel looked inviting & staff greeting was give by lovely smiling faces. They ensured we had everything & breakfast was great. Nicely presented & lots of choice

Lovely stay

Pros: Very clean, friendly staff, comfy beds! Great location. Very quiet after midnight

Cons: Parking was a little bit tight due to parties going on but to be fair it's usually fine

Lovely staff and a nice hotel I would stay again

Pros: Breakfast was good with a reasonable choice however there was not a vegetarian option for cooked brakfast

Cons: The water pressure in the room was very low resulting in a poor shower

Overall very good

Pros: Room spacious, clean and well furnished. Comfortable bed (but a bit soft for us). Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast for both hot and cold selections (hot buffet at the weekend but cooked to order on the weekdays). Excellent quiet location just off the A12. Good parking (though a sign to the overflow car park would have been helpful).

Cons: Hot water dangerously hot. (Unusable without adding cold and basin did not have a mixer tap). Only one hand and one bath towel for two people (but found another pair in a drawer as we were checking out) Towels not replaced during stay. A room fridge would have been nice.
