The New Chichester Hotel

I left feeling over charged.

Pros: Easy self check in and check out. The rooms are big and spacious.

Cons: The shower pressure was terrible, kept pulsating on and off the whole time I was in there. Horrid smell outside of the room which I can only describe as a chlorine/swimming pool smell around the hotel and room. TV is small and on the opposite side of the room which makes viewing extremely hard. The rooms aren't modern with decor needing to be brought out of the 90s. £60 a night seemed expensive for what the rooms and grounds had to offer.

Good value for money hotel and woukd definitely stay there again

Pros: Nice spacious room and comfortable bed. Lovely friendly staff and good location. Wonderful onsite Indian restaurant

Cons: Didn’t offer good dine in breakfast choice only a takeaway option and tea and coffee in room not very generous. Only 2 tea bags and 3 milk sachets for s double room and no biscuits

Pros: The bed was very comfortable, good bathroom. A Very nice member of staff came and helped us out with ckeckin.. Wish I had got his name. He was so helpful. Bazaan, Indian restaurant on site, was really good and would recommend.

Cons: Arrived when reception was closed, so check in was not straight forward. No vegetarian option for breakfast. Parking is extra. The bathroom needs some hooks to hang towel or clothes.

Value for money.

Pros: Quiet location. Easy parking. Staff that we met was friendly and attentive.

Cons: No restaurant facility.

Pros: The room was spotless..the towels were changed each day and bins emptied.

Cons: We had a lovely meal in the Indian restaurant attached but would have liked an option for a english type food menu..but our meal was very tasty..

Happy with the service and room

Pros: The staff at reception were welcoming. There was enough parking. I was assisted with taking my case to the room. The rooms were clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable.

Great hotel with a fantastic Indian restaurant.

Pros: I have been staying at this property since May, I like the staff who are all really friendly and the location.

Cons: Sometimes the automated check in can be problematic.

Fab stay, polite staff & Clean rooms

Pros: The property is in a good location with short cab journeys to local pubs and town the centre. We enjoyed our stay here, the staff was polite and the rooms were clean. The hotel did not have a bar but that was not a problem for us as we was going out but it does have a restaurant.

Pros: I have a history of booking the worst hotels to ever exist. It’s a family joke now. Yesterday after an emergency at home we had to book a last minute hotel. I know the this place and because of the price ( over £100 cheaper than other local hotels) I booked, I warned my partner saying gods knows what it is like… OMG I was so wrong it was lovely. Spotless, brand new bathroom, a new large tv ….. that had a control and actually worked. Heating and hot water and what looked like a brand new bed in a massive room. Friendly staff. Could not find fault really

Cons: The bed looked brand new ( yes I did take a sneaky look at the mattress and its cleaner than mine at home ) but it was hard a bit to hard for me but this is a personal issue dislike not the hotel’s issue. My partner sleeped fine it was just me Oh the shower I could no regulate to a good temperature….. it was hot , a fantastic shower with a great water flow it was just dam hot
