Excellent customer service

Pros: Breakfast and dinner were delicious with substantial menu choices. All staff were friendly, helpful and made you feel important. Nothing was too much trouble.

Cons: Slight issue with bathroom shower and towel rail but this was very promptly resolved by manager Jon Crisp.

Brilliant staff, excellent food and a lovely stay.

Pros: We only live nearby and wanted a couples night away but somewhere near us. We've had meals in the Riverside and enjoyed so decided to stay the night. The room was lively and comfortable and the facilities were great.

very nice hotel and definitely value for money

Pros: We had an upgrade through Booking.com, the room was very spacious with a good view over the garden and river. Evening meal and breakfast were very good. Unfortunately, we arrived in the dark and left in the dark so couldn't see the local area
