Perfect accommodation for a short stay

Pros: Perfect for our one night stay to attend a wedding nearby. Very clean and Ana could not have been more helpful. Great communication.

Good place to stay in Saxmundham

Pros: Ana is a very helpful and friendly host. It was not a cooked breakfast - but it was very good. Smart clean house & nice comfortable room.

Pros: Ana was so welcoming. A real home from home, this was a vey unique experience the property is spotlessly clean and nothing was too much trouble, we were attending a family wedding and were unable to get a taxi to the venue, this lovely lovely lady drove us there. Ana has such a warm personality it was so nice to get know her and her family,. We will definitely visit again.

Pros: We had a lovely 4 night stay. Spotlessly clean accommodation in a very peaceful location. Ana was a very nice host who made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend this B&B.

Chez Ana

Pros: The house was stunning and absolutely spotless. So clean, it was nicely decorated and a perfect location for Sax Fest which was the main reason for our stay. Ana was lovely. She was a perfect host. There was a continental breakfast available, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, toast, crumpets, every type of jam/marmalade on offer. Tea, coffee and juices. Parking was available for us. I was a bit unsure about sharing a bathroom but there were no issues. The bonus of the stay was that we met two lovely couples at the breakfast table where if we had stayed in a hotel we would have sat alone and missed out.

Perfect as a base to participate in our Alzheimer’s Trek.

Pros: Ana was a superb host. She went above and beyond for us - even dropping us off at a local pub for our evening meal. Breakfast was great. Her property is lovely - what a creative lady she is!

Excellent!!

Pros: The question should be “what was not to like?” The rooms were clean, comfortable, filled with little extras and all added a little touch of class with personalised framed photos. A great experience to am very much looking forward to repeat.
