Value for money & a very enjoyable experience & can’t praise Grace enough for her hosting skills & her lovel

Pros: Location was great. The room & bathroom were clean & had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Grace was such a lovely host. She is delightful. Value for money. Would rate the experience as 10/10

Needs chairs

Pros: Was clean and fresh, with a fairly comfortable bed, good size room! And plenty of lighting! It was good for what we had!

Cons: X7 small minor issues• X1 bigger issue ● •Only saw owner for about 4 seconds Wasn't very welcomed tbh. •It's shoes off at main door! which is a struggle putting shoes back on and only a door to lean on - needs a stool or chair. The little porch in the sun cooks also so the minits spent trying to put shoes on was uncomfortable! •Only 1 towel for x2 of us! lucky we braught our towels. •Milk,suger,tea only x2 of each went 1st 5 mins of being here so technically only served 1 tea each for x4 nights. I shouldn't have to keep pestering owner for towels,milk,suger etc! •Main door locks are temperamental Main door is lifting handle as hard as possible to lock! 2nd door have to lift handle and push firm took couple days to get use to keys struggling to lock doors! •hedges need trimming - limited space for going in and out without a heavy over grown hedge being in way! •Toilet seat loose I almost slipped off when leaning to wipe as seat slipped off almost! ●No where to sit other than the bed (with my bad back means no comfort to sit) this forced us to leave soon as awake and not come back till bedtime and I like a coffee before I start my day. The Wardrobe is massive! Not needed. swopping wardrobe for a 2 door as still big enough, and putting wardrobe where kettle station is. Then adding a small table with x2 chairs would fit where wardrobe is now! kettle can sit on table. Same space used and would give sitting comfort! If seating added I will 100% stay again but for me it needs the seating!

Great and better the expected for the money paid

Pros: It was clean, the room was nice, got tv and our kettle ect, bathroom was clean and everything was very worth the money and more

Cons: The toilet seat was loose so it was hard to use the toilet but other then that the place was great

Pros: Grace was very hospitable and helpful, 10/10 stay 😊

Perfect for our one night stay.

Pros: Nice room well equipped and very clean. They were nice let us check in earlier so we could drop our bags in.

Incredible!

Pros: Everything was perfect, the host was super lovely and everything was clean. Was an absolutely beautiful room and bathroom and will 100% we returning if we are ever this end again!

Cons: Parking can be a nightmare during peak times but there is always a space even if you have to walk a bit. The lovely bedroom makes up for it

Pros: It was perfect for what I needed. Clean and spacious. Very quiet. Host was extremely welcoming. Will definitely go back.

Pros: Quarto muito bonito e confortável, banheiro muito limpo. Custo benefício foi ótimo.

Cons: Não muito próximo da praia, mas um ônibus passa próximo que leva até lá, por apenas 1,50£.
