Stop gap to the cruise terminal

Pros: Ground floor easy access. TV in both rooms. Towels and hand wash and shampoo available which was really helpful Quiet. no house noise or outside noise. Temperature of rooms great and no moaning heating system. Shower good and easy to use. Easy walk to high street and become of it's location parking available outside house.

Cons: Bed was quite hard. A mattress topper could easily cure that. I understand security details to get into the property need to be given on the day but some type of message in the days running up to the stay would help worrying people like me.

Pros: stayed for a 60th birthday at a nearby restaurant very good value for money everything clean.

Cons: when we arrived the heating wasn't on but contacted the owner and cannot complain their communication was excellent they sent someone round and it was sorted out.

Great place.

Pros: The is nice and clean, and it's very convenient for someone travelling by public transport as its close to town and also close to bus and train station. Its a lovely place I'll definitely come again.

Cons: No much really.. everything was good.

Pros: Quick instructions on arrival, generally clean, quiet location.

Review of our stay

Pros: The accommodation was exactly as described. Everything we needed was in the room. Small but fit for purpose & ideal for a short overnight stay.

Cons: Could have been a little clearer on description of parking. Free onsite parking led us to believe we had access to a driveway. In reality, it was on street parking & we parked a couple of streets away. Not a big deal for us as travelling light for short stay but a clearer description needed would be our feedback. There was a power cut during our stay but the point of contact couldn't have done anymore than they did as it was street wide. They attended in person very quickly to explain what was happening to everyone - couldn't have asked for more in that respect.

Nice, clean, quiet

Pros: Comfy bed, nice clean accommodation, nice set up. Would definitely stay again for a nice quiet room away from the hussle.

Cons: Room key was a little fiddly and took a while to figure out.

Overnight Stay

Pros: Room was bit small but adequate for our needs. I asked owner for fan and was happy to assist and had one within 30 mins of my request. Definitely stay again

Cons: The only thing I would say for room i stayed in and for the ladies is that a mirror could have been on wall as hair dryer lead not long enough for mirror in wardrobe. But a suggestion not a bad comment

Pros: Lovely host. Comfortable bed. Good kitchen facilities.

Cons: Not enough crockery or oven dishes and kitchen was shared (unexpectedly). Booking details were confusing but quickly and generously remedied by host.

Good for money.

Pros: The area is good as it is close to work. The property is clean, tidy and fully equipped. Little lounge area is a plus. The host is also responsive and friendly.

Cons: The smell of curry as we walked in the property. We thought it must be someone cooking for dinner, however we woke up in the morning with the strong scent of curry too. Off street parking is also a bit tight for big cars. Otherwise everything is 👍🏼
