Pros: Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff, particularly on the evening of our arrival.

Cons: Room was very cold. Plumbing noises in our room, airlock or similar.

Lovely place to stay.

Pros: The accommodation was clean, spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The pub had a great atmosphere to enjoy an evening with a partner, log fire burning (exactly as we had hoped) and the food was good.

Cons: There was a banging sound happening regularly from outside. Maybe every 20 minutes or so, I think it could have been a door or something which was quite irritating. But apart from that nothing was wrong.

Almost prerfect

Pros: Breakfast and Dinner excellent. Staff friendly and professional

Cons: Unfortunately the bar had no ale for the two nights we were there. This took the edge off our enjoyment nevertheless I judge every hotel on one thing. Would I stay return there another time? Very positively YES.

Very comfortable accommodation in a pretty village setting

Pros: My husband is disabled and so ground floor accommodation is essential. The bungalows and access is all at one level and the rooms are large enough to allow his easy movement.

Cons: No walk-in shower available despite our early request.
