Value for money and perfect for sleep and eat travelers.

Pros: Location and price are fantastic. Cafe at front serves outstanding home made food at fantastic prices.

Cons: Bit outdated in decor but that’s ok for the price.

We was staying there as visiting family nearby

Pros: The staff was very helpful and very friendly, happy to help if there was a problem. Beds very comfortable so slept well.

Cons: The room was a bit shabby and the bathroom floor was spongy. There was dust around the bed legs

For the price you will not get anything cheaper anyewhere.

Pros: Free light breakfast excellent, room spacious and bed and pillows comfortable. asked for 2 extra pillows on first night they got them straight away, very helpful.

Pros: Location straight off motorway, staff really friendly and accommodating. Rooms warm and clean. Very good value for money for what you pay .

Pros: Very comfy beds and hot powerful shower. Considering it's next to the A1, our room (#14) really quiet as it was at the rear.

Pros: Brilliant for the price. Lovely staff, clean, quiet, good parking. Mattress on the bed needed replacing but apart from that great value for a budget hotel.

Pros: The breakfast was enough for the price paid for a B&B. Parking the car was very convenient. Room temperature was nice upon entering.
