Great stay perfect getaway location for a family

Pros: Location was brilliant, very peaceful and lovely view from the caravan! Nice little area with a great restaurant on site which had delicious food! Caravan was very modern and trendy, nice, clean and comfortable! Big veranda area to sit out on with bbq! Lovely stay for a long weekend as a family! Will defo be back!

Stunning, relaxing,home from home caravan

Pros: The caravan was absolutely stunning, beautiful layout/ decor felt like home from home and the added home comforts like sauces, tea/coffee/sugar etc make the stay even better, you don’t normally get those things hiring a caravan. Also things like Netflix/disney+ on the tv came in handy with the children. Would really recommend this caravan we can’t wait to stay again

Cons: Honestly here was only 1 issue which wasn’t a major issue and that was the outdoor seating area was covered in birds poo and not cleaned,it would of been nice to be able to sit out there without needing to clean it out self

Delightful family stay

Pros: Great location a stones throw from the beach. Peaceful & clean. Added bonus was cleaning materials, hand wash etc.

Cons: It would be handy to have some plastic cups/plates for the children to use on the decking area.

We had an amazing time and would recommend to anyone wanting a stay close to the beach.

Pros: Very spacious- had everything we could have asked for.

Cons: Parking - was a bit tight to get a car in and out when people opposite were there as well.

Overall great and best caravan stay we’ve had over last few years coming to mersea

Pros: Home from home, spacious and all mod cons, tv and good internet and nicely decorated and all linen, towels, and toiletries included which was and added bonus as well as tea/coffee ect

Cons: Nothing not to like about the property great location, quite but lovely views of the sea and close to beach, local shop, cafe (club house doesn’t have a great food selection) but that doesn’t put us off going back as the caravan makes it worth the stay

We had a wonderful time.

Pros: Beautiful location, just by the beach. Villa was clean. Kitchen well equipped. There were some drinks and food in the fridge on arrival which was great.

Cons: Dirty outdoor cushions and no umbrella on the patio.

Pros: Mersea Villa itself was a beautiful place to stay, very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The location was perfect, the beach in view from the decking and less than a minute's walk away. The area was incredibly quiet too,, presumably it may be a bit busier during school holidays, but it seems this would always be a peaceful place. We went for peace and the sea, so this was absolutely perfect.

Cons: I can honestly say nothing was wrong.
