The Apartment at Clare House

Pros: Great location and welcomed with a Christmas tree and a bottle of wine

Cons: Wrong code given to us to enter the key lock box !! Has to phone the office of the letting agent who, luckily,were in to get correct code. 2 teabags and v cheap handwash,a shame as it was expensive to let and at that price it's the details that make a difference.

Excellent location, very comfortable warm apartment with all the facilities needed for a short break

Pros: Excellent location on beachfront. Apartment was warm and decorated for Christmas which was a nice surprise. Would recommend to anyone wanting holiday accommodation in this area

Cons: Key code was incorrect, but this was resolved very quickly with a phone call

Wonderful Aldeburgh apartment with seafront at arms length.

Pros: Excellent location opposite the beach front. Very well equipped, comfortable and homely. Quiet at night, close to great pubs and eateries.

Cons: All good.

Lovely relaxing

Pros: Location is perfect, everything you need in the property

Cons: Not a dislike, but shame about the seating out the front. Quite uncomfortable, there were rattan chairs as well last time but this time they were not there this time

We were delighted ti book so close to the beach at the last miniute.

Pros: Within sight of the sea… just. Close to High Street. Excellent decor.. cool greys and white. Attractive finishing touches. Pretty slipper bath! Two bathrooms! Spotlessly clean. Well equipped.

Cons: Front garden area could have plants. Insist on car free view. Ie no parking right in front of house.

Pros: Comfortable,clean apartment in very good position

Cons: Some equipment problems...lid of kettle not working.No instructions. for microwave.Lid of wasteland broken.would have expected some dishwasher liquid and kitchen towel,neither provided.These and others reported to O'brien Management, the maintaining company.

Pros: bottle of white wine and packet of nibbels on arrival was v welcome great location, comfortable and stylish apartment, easy parking

Cons: small quibbles, but would prefer to have been provided with 2 keys not 1 required to strip the bed linen and take any bottles to a nearby bottle bank was a first, what do we pay the cleaning fee for? key box is fiddley.. would'nt want to arrive in the dark

Wonderful stay in a great location.

Pros: The location was superb! Wonderful view and si handy for popping into town.

Cons: Beds weren't that comfy. Dishwasher didn't clean properly so had to wash most things again. Sofa very low and too soft.

Pros: The location of The Apartment was excellent , views of the sea, in walking distance of the Main Street with excellent restaurants.

Loved getting away for short break over Christmas- comfortable cosy place to stay

Pros: Loved being able to see the sea from the window - and being able to walk to nearby restaurants and shops - didn’t need to use the car to go out. Amazing choice of eating places and coffee shops.
