Great location, a few niggley bits, but overall we would stay again.

Pros: Location was great. There was a good supply of items in the kitchen. The towels were soft and not having to make up beds was really lovely. The towels were lovely and clean too.

Cons: Nothing that really damaged our stay, just little things. Key code didn't work - key placed in wrong place, resolved via a phone call in about 10mins, All the rest were reported via email (except where it was our opinion), but as it was a weekend stay, understandably no response. The bathroom light/fan didnt come on. A couple of items in the kitchen cupboards were mouldy (due to being put away too wet) or dirty. The kettle needs a descale and the beds were very very soft.

Cons: Beams in upstairs bedroom lethal. I nearly concussed myself!

Comfortable, spacious apartment over two upper floors near the beach and town centre.

Pros: It is a spacious apartment on the first and second (top) floors of a small, low block. It is well placed for central Aldeburgh, the beach, and the walk to the Martello tower. Everything about the place was up to standard: equipment, cleanliness, space, comfort of the beds. The heating, which we needed in the evenings in mid-September, was efficient and very easily adjusted.

Lovely seaside location and ideal if you want to explore the surrounding area too.

Pros: Location, cleanliness, soft bathroom towels, well equipped kitchen and parking! Really appreciated the 11am checkout time too 😊

Some issues need attention to command this amount of rental.

Pros: The location and the friendliness of people in Aldeburgh

Cons: We had an issue with the upstairs shower, which was only partially sorted out. There was also an issue with a velux window not opening, making a bedroom very warm and wasn't sorted out. The flush button on the downstairs toilet was broken and wasn't fixed either. We did ask Stay in Suffolk the agent to sort these things out, but they didn't. It's a shame because it's a lovely place.

Perfect accomodation for a stay in Aldeburgh

Pros: Great location with dedicate parking for two cars. Perfectly located within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Comfortable accomodation in well equipped property. Highly recommended.

Lovely clean and well equipped space, in a quiet area but a stones throw from the restaurants etc. Will be back.
