Perfect location to escape London, perfect for much needed R&R

Pros: The location is perfect to unwind and escape the humdrum.

Cons: The only negative was the property could have been cleaner especially the shower and bathroom.

Pros: The cowshed was rustic in a charming way. It was very clean and comfortable. The owner welcomed our two dogs. We had a very nice stay. Don't miss St Peter's on the wall. The friendly village chippy was an unexpected surprise.

Cons: Don't be late, the owner gets grumpy (we encountered a road closure near Bradwell on Sea). Note that there is no freezer. But terrific for a short break.

Pros: The property was very private. Had every thing you needed for a comfortable stay. It was in an ideal location for our needs. The owner was very friendly and approachable. Also there on hand if you needed him. Had instant hot water and good Wi-Fi connection.

Cons: There was a few cobwebs dangling but I soon got rid of them.

As good as it comes, the perfect place to recharge and relax.

Pros: Set in beautiful costal surroundings, the property was very well presented with plenty of kitchen equipment and a lovely comfortable bed. Very well presented and nicely furnished. Great for country/costal walks and just what we needed living in a busy London borough. William was very welcoming and nothing was a problem, we will be back for another stay very soon. A hidden gem in the Essex countryside.

Pros: Peace & quiet. Had everything you need. We were there for a wedding so didn't have the chance to explore, but seems there's lots of places to walk and see for an interesting stay in the area. Friendly host.

Cons: The postcode took us to the house before this one so make sure you go to the end of the track!
