Amazing apart from lockbox access

Pros: Gorgeous decor and how all layed out. Loved the furniture and how the beds all made up and dressed like a show home. Comfy beds and bedding lovely. Relaxing stay would recommend to anyone. Lovely and clean.

Cons: The garden gate bolted so had real difficulty in accessing the keys which were behind the bolted gate in the lockbox I'm sorry but why on earth was the gate bolted for access to the lockbox? why is the lockbox behind a bolted back gate that guests can't access luckily my father in law who's tall could unbolt the gate for me otherwise I couldn't of stayed there because had no access to lockbox please leave gate unbolted ready for guests to access lockbox or put lockbox round the front.
