Disappointing

Pros: Location good and 200 metres to petrol station and Co-op for shopping - butcher, deli, bakery, liquor and groceries..

Cons: Our apartment did not resemble the one we booked in early April being a ground floor apartment and easier for older guests. There was no dining table/servery and chairs, which for 2 couples in their late 70's a little difficult eating off our laps. Rather sterile in appearance and unfortunately previous guests had broken the door handle that lead to outside balcony, making it a security issue as we could not lock it and it kept blowing open. We did advise management of this issue and they did respond.

Excellent retreat for a 2 night stay visiting Cambridge

Pros: Very clean and modern, parking, comfort. £15-20 taxi to Cambridge or short drive to city park and ride. Nearby petrol station (5 mins walk) has a superb food shop!

Spacious, clean and easy

Pros: Host was easily contacted and very accommodating, which always makes for a better break.

Cons: Property could do with air con, but that’s only because we turned up in what appeared to be the hottest day of the year!!! So not something we didn’t like but just a suggestion.

The apartment that took our short weekend trip to a memory for life!

Pros: Beautiful apartment with spacious lounge and kitchen area, really comfortable beds and very close to Cambridge city centre. Off road parking and easy check in/check out.

Cons: Our only negative is not booking for longer!

Perfect stay!

Pros: Absolutely stunning property set in a lovely and safe environment. Funnily enough, in the morning realised we nearly bought the house next door but the owner changed their mind and decided to keep it. Perfect stay, exceptionally clean, easy check in and a lot of high end features.

Pros: The apartment was stunning. Spotlessly clean and very spacious. The bed was so comfortable. Perfect location for our meeting. Will definitely be rebooking. Christine was a great host and welcomed us on our arrival.

Pros: Genuinely one of the nicest placest I've stayed at. We booked this place to play board games over new years night. We were greeted at the entrance, the apartment is beautiful and was lovely to stay in even though it was only for one night. We have already booked again.

Pros: Cosy book has been the perfect accommodation whilst we have been working in the area. Spotlessly clean with ample off road parking

Pros: Friendly owner, clean comfortable and very modern interior, quiet surrounding with serene nature, ample parking space.
