Loft apartment in Cambridge
Pros: The apartment is well configured and rooms and furnishing very pleasant. The kitchen is very well-equipped which made cooking very easy. The location was quiet and within easy reach of both the rail station and city centre. There was a minor problem on arrival but Peter responded, was at the door within minutes and problem resolved. Excellent customer service.
Cons: Being a loft apartment there are eaves to avoid. A taller person would have to take extra care in some areas. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift so carrying heavy luggage could be difficult for older guests.

Comfortable safe stay
Pros: The location is great and feels safe. Very well equiped, even with a washing machine and a dishwasher.
Cons: Noise from the street due to single glazed windows and poor insulation, but that is the British standard ;) The bed and the sofa are comfortable for sleep, but if you are a bigger couple you might find it very narrow.

Nice apartment with everything needed. No major issues and enjoyed our stay.
Pros: Functional apartment with everything needed. Spacious and good value for money compared to nearby properties (in general Cambridge is quite expensive!). We enjoyed our stay there.
Cons: Need to climb quite a few stairs to get to the property (~2nd floor). A bit annoying that there was no way to open the door from upstairs (so someone needs to go down to open the street door).

A wonderful place to stay
Pros: The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had a warm, cosy feel that made it easy to settle in. Everything was very clean, especially the kitchen, which was well-equipped and spotless—perfect for cooking during our stay. The location is fantastic: just a short walk to Cambridge city centre, and about 10 minutes from the railway station. It’s in a lively area with plenty of cafés, supermarkets, and other essentials nearby. Everything you need is within walking distance. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, always available and in touch throughout our stay, which made the experience even smoother and more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful place to stay, great space, great location, and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended.

It was an enjoyable stay, but marred by lack of security.
Pros: It was centrally located in a lively cosmopolitan road with cafes, and restaurants. The main area of the city was easily accessible, so an idle location to stay.
Cons: The entrance hallway was dimly lit, with a step which was difficult to see. I tripped up and fell on the way out as the step wasn’t noticeable. The entrance hallway’s door near the intercoms was nearly always left open, while the front door was left on the latch. I didn’t feel secure staying in the Loft, knowing the flats were easy accessible. The back door to the bins was also left open.

Pros: the host was very friendly, location of the apartment is great, apartment comfortable, equipt well and quiet
Cons: some of equipment in bath room and kitchen needs to be maintained

Great location, clean, well equipped and an ideal base to explore Cambridge by foot
Pros: Great location, 10 minute leisurely walk into the heart of Cambridge or alternatively a walk across the common to the river. Very well equipped in the kitchen which enabled us to eat in. There was even a set of sharp kitchen knives. Clean and everything worked. We had a great 3 days
Cons: Couldn't fault anything other than the difficulty of parking but that is due to Cambridge Council and everything being resident parking. There is 30 minute free parking across the road which enabled us to load and unload the car.

Really lovely apartment.
Pros: Really nice, light and airy loft style apartment - spacious and beautifully renovated with modern appliances. Thoughtfully fitted out with everything you might need - including scales (not that I wanted to weigh myself after 8 weeks on holiday!). Very comfortable bed and lounge. Professionally managed and lots of information available within the apartment.
Cons: It is quite a noisy location - traffic noise as well as shouting in the street. Not sure what that was all about, hopefully I was just unlucky.
