Ok except inconsiderate tenants from top floor

Cons: Shower was broken - keeps on falling off The tenant upstairs was very inconsiderate, heavy footsteps, banging door, pulling furnitures At 2am every night (we stayed 3 mights)

Pros: Very convenient location, walking distance of the train station and Cambridge center. Lots of small shops around to buy groceries as well as restaurants. The studio is well equipped and rather large. Good setting and good facilities. Our flat was facing to the garden, avoiding the street noise. All in all, a great place to spend a few days or longer in Cambridge.

Cons: Just one thing: insulation between floor is not great. We could hear each step of the neighbors upstairs, all night.

A good place to stay

Pros: Great location. Conveniently closed to the city center and other city attractions as well as shops and restaurants. The place was clean and comfortable. Kiristian replied quickly. Additionally, the kitchen was well equipped. Overall, it was a good stay.

Cons: The fan in the bathroom was very noisy.

Amazing, would stay again

Pros: Fantastic stay over Christmas in such a lovely apartment. The kitchen was amazingly well-equipped with everything I needed to make Christmas dinner, though I wouldn’t have minded some extra mixing bowls. The apartment itself was very clean, bed super comfy and heating was amazing for mid-winter. The whole place was very homely which made for an enjoyable stay.

Cons: From past reviews I was aware of the emergency light and can see why it bothered past guests, it’s green and bright in the dark and you can’t shut it off. When my eyes were closed I didn’t notice it, though I would suggest bringing an eye mask for anyone sensitive to light. The shower fitting is still loose, also mentioned in other reviews. Upstairs neighbour noise was very prevalent, you can hear all their footsteps and music playing. Bring ear plugs for sleeping as they’re usually up late. These are all nitpicks during an otherwise brilliant stay.

Pros: Very good location. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Warm. We had everything we needed for our 3 night stay.

Cons: There was noise from the upstairs flat. You can hear every footstep through the ceiling. Showerhead has loose fitting.

Well equiped, clean property in an excellent location

Pros: Second time staying here. Excellent location, clean, well equiped apartment with good wifi. On the Mill Road so close to a lot of great places to eat and shops to stock the Kitchen. Within easy walking distance to the train station and to the Centre of Town

Cons: Mill road is a little busy and some unsavoury characters late at night and early in the morning. Key box was very difficult to open, the same happened the first time I stayed.

Great but...

Pros: Enjoyable stay, visiting our son for a weekend as he studies in the city. Property had everything we needed for our stay, great location for ARU and central Cambridge. Bakery and supermarket right next door for essentials like milk and, er, birthday croissants!

Cons: General wear and tear on fittings was notable. Noisy hard floors made for loud footsteps from the apartment above - easily reduced by fitting carpets.

Ideal self-catering stay in great location.

Pros: Location superb for train and city. Nearby shops for groceries. Apartment modern with everything you needed including tea, coffee, washing up materials. Even a first-aid kit!

Cons: Somewhere to store luggage outside checkin and checkout times would be helpful.
