Pros: The property is very clean throughout with a good size shower and comfy bed. It is situated in a quiet area with off road parking.

Lovely hosts and great accomodation

Pros: Hosts Ian and Jeni were great communicators. The accomodation warm excellent and totally met our needs. Warm, comfortable, clean, well equipped and spacious. The owners are next door and very accessible for queries. Parking was on site, secure and convenient for loading and unloading. We would definitely recommend.

Fab Stay!

Pros: Jeni and Ian we're amazing hosts, so friendly and welcoming. The annex is beautiful and spotlessly clean. Wifi and tv streaming services we're great. Great kitchen area with everything you need,I cooked many meals in and ordered a takeaway on 2 nights, I'd recommend the Polash for a nice curry. The annex is situated in a lovely and quiet residential area. A lovely cosy break, would definitely go back.

Perfect Little Annex

Pros: Have just spent a weekend at The Annex and everything was perfect wouldn't hesitate to book again, immaculately clean & private with the hosts available if needed...parking also a bonus with many in Southend not be able to provide, facilities all within short walking distance and would highly recommend...perfect little place !

We had everything we needed from comfort, Wi-Fi, tv streaming, airfryer (😂) to information about places to visit and eat

Pros: From the moment we walked in the accommodation looked fabulous. Spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. The owners met us with such friendliness. First class five star accommodation
