Modern 2 bed flat with balcony

Perfect holiday base for a trip to Southend.

Pros: The property is very modern and a good size for a family of 4. Perfect for a trip to Southend. The host was very fast at responding to any queries.

Cons: We were a little cold at night as the duvets are very thin. We had to put the heating on to warm us up.

Pros: The property was spacious and clean, it was in a good location for the town and seafront and not far from My daughter’s home, who we were visiting.

Cons: There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like, but a few more items in the kitchen like wine glasses and small plates would make it perfect. Also a hand towel for both bathrooms would be very helpful.

Pros: Nice spacious apartment, clean and well equipped. Easy to get hold of host, parking was ideal once understood how it worked.

Cons: Checking in and out can be a little fiddly as needed to park on road outside each time, but not a major problem.

Pros: Great location. Very clean and tidy. Lovely balcony with seating and gets the evening sun

Pros: Lovely apartment, nice views , clean had all essentials . Like the fact 2 bathrooms here ,parking and spacious too. But double check the parking space i went by key fob number and parked my car in 103 by mistake realised soon after . Would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Had few issues with WiFi but got it going in end

I enjoyed my stay very much.

Pros: It was lovely in so many ways. - very clean, great facilities. - nice decor, designed lovely. - such a nice view from the balcony. - has a shop (premier) right downstairs. supermarkets around the corner for longer stays. fast food too etc. (even provided little things like coffee sachets, extra bin liners etc which was thoughtful) - would definitely stay here again.

Cons: nothing wrong with it at all.

Pros: We have a lovely relaxing time. The apartment smells lovely and very clean. Light and airy. Was nice to sit on the balcony with your morning cuppa everything you could need was available in this property.

Pros: secure building, plenty of space, facilities were great, love the balcony area

Cons: if there is a problem the owner is really good and will sort it so any problems just report it to them

Nice modern flat, a short car ride away from Southend beach.

Pros: Nice clean modern flat. Good communication with owner. The weather was nice while we were there so the balcony was a bonus. The directions for the flat and the keys made it easy to find and access the flat.

Cons: I think a shower mat would have been helpful as I found the base slippery. An instruction book for the tv, the parking would of been helpful, also a plug for the kitchen sink.
