Luxury 1 Bedroom Apartment in Southend w Parking

SUPERB STAY,SHAME ABOUT THE SHOWER THOUGH.

Pros: THE LOCATION AND ACCOMADATION WERE BRILLIANT AND WORTH EVERY PENNY, SO CLOSE TO TOWN WAS A SUPERB BONUS, LOADS OF QUALITY RESTURANTS AND SHOPS WITHIN EASY WALKING DISTANCE.

Cons: THE SHOWER AT THE ACCOMODATION WAS NOT WORKING AT THAT TIME WE ARRIVED, I TEXT THE WEBSITE BUT GOT NO REPLY AT ALL. IT WAS FOR THE SHOWER THAT WE CHOOSE THIS ACCOMMODATION DUE TO ME BEING DISABLED.

Everything was so good highly recommended but weather was so hot no fan and Aircon privided

Pros: It was really good location is really convenient and property was so clean and good.

Cons: No fans and aircorn provided please keep some fans there specifically for summer it' was really hot both days other wise everything was very good 👍

Comfortable ,convenient and enjoyable.

Pros: Comfortable and well furnished. There were a few issues but they were dealt with in a professional and timely manner

Pros: The deco. It was nicely decorated with nice furniture and features. The location was great.

Cons: Our stay was occasionally marred by music and noise from neighbours.

Lovely self catering apartment in good location.

Pros: The property was very clean and well equipped. The location was also very good and just a short walk from the town centre and the sea front.

Cons: When arriving I received an email stating that I had to check in as part of the vetting process. Not a problem as the letting agent/owner needs to know who is staying there. What I did not like was that the email also stated that a deposit against damage had to be made. The choices were a £20 non returnable damage waiver, or a £100 fully returnable deposit for damage, either to be made by credit card. Problem was that the link for the £100 deposit did not work which then forced you to choose the £20 option which was non-returnable.. I felt this was wrong as this arrangement was not made clear on the booking.com site. I have no problem with the need to pay a damage bond but felt that as the returnable option did not work it did not feel right to me. As two pensioners we did neither and the property was left in good order.

Cons: La doccia inagibile e migliorerei la pulizia, soprattutto della moquette.
