Tidy little property

Pros: We stayed as close to our requirements. Excellent location in a little village. Great property nicely presented. Very clean and all household equipment available. Host easily contacted and engaging

Great comms with the owner Mo, a lovely comfortable night sleep, clean and tidy.

Pros: Lovely contemporary ground floor apartment, absolutely perfect for our overnight stay in Southminster.

Pros: Compact ground floor flat. Mostly well equipped, comfy bed, off road parking space. Very convenient for bus stops. Small food store a few steps away.

Cons: Surprised there were no mugs. Just 2 small cups/saucers, no teapot though. We drink a lot of tea! So bought 2 mugs from charity shop. No baking tray? The TV was large screen and felt the (small) sofa was too close for us, but could move the sofa back although then would be nearer the cooker. To economise on floor space, maybe wall mounted would be appropriate when time comes to replace TV.? A folder with basic written operating instructions for guests when using appliances etc would be useful.

Nice apartment

Pros: -location was gd,5mins from the station -convenience store just on the door step -nice,bright apartment -was offered late check in

Cons: -half a toilet roll for 3nights -no bath mat even though was requested -no washing sponge-just a used cloth left -no hair dryer -weird smell/dump in the bedroom -very hot as no windows in the bedroom,only on the front Would stay again if returning to the area

Absolutely marvellous place to stay

Pros: Very nice beutiful place. Super clean, has absolutely anything you need. The kitchen is really well equipped . Nice tv with netflix, very large shower and everything smellsmof clean. I absokutelynlived this place and the owner was so nice and gentle. I will.come back for sure for my next work trip

Cons: I would reccommend to put some black curtains in front of the main door as the light can filter from the small glasses and can be really bright in the morning waking up someone that is not use to sleep with natural light. This is just a small advice to make perfect this place that is already 10 to10 :)

Convenient small apartment in the middle of Southminster

Pros: Location in the very centre of Southminster village, an easy walk from the station

Cons: The landlord wanted us to check out on Sunday morning at 0900, though in fact he did not enforce this.
