Modern accomodation in Westcliff-On-Sea

Pros: Comfortable stay, ideal for Leigh, Westcliff and Southend.

Cons: Shower tended to flood the bathroom floor very easily

Fabulous apartment for a couple

Pros: I really appreciated the immaculate condition of the apartment, very clean and convenient to use, plenty of seating areas, sofa for relaxing and table and chairs for eating. Bedroom was a good size with comfy beds, I loved the very spacious shower room! Which was immaculate! On site parking was very appreciated! Definitely coming again!

Cons: No faults found

Pros: I liked how clean it is and open. When I went in I was like wow, this is very nice. Very spacious and homely. The location is very good too, close to shops and amenities and close to the cliff gardens too which I went to every day. I like how the bedroom had lighting where you could change the brightness. Everything was so modern and that's what I liked. As I was only there for a few days I didn't use the cooking facilities as I ate out but I could see everything was there if I wanted to use them. Nice big bathroom as well with a walk in shower and a nice touch with the mirror with a touch light.

Cons: Wasn't much to dislike, maybe close to schools but that's all these areas I guess so no, not anything I didn't like.

Pros: Really lovely place, very nicely decorated and very very comfortable. Always warm even in freezing weather and the owner is wonderful, always responsible and really helpful. Brilliant value for money and really near a station too. Thanks!

Pros: Really comfortable bed, good TV with all the apps and great cooking facilities

Cons: Sometimes we had to park several streets away because of no parking availability.

Great for a short break

Pros: Very clear instructions were provided for check in and how to use various things in the flat, and it was comfortable and clean. The Christmas tree was a nice touch! Appreciated that it was dog-friendly (though there is a charge for this) and it’s well-located for walking to the beach.

Cons: Not to do with the flat itself, but as it’s in a complex of 4, there was a bit of noise from upstairs.

Great place in Westcliff on Sea

Pros: Clean and very modern large 3 roomed accomodation with lovely facilities. Ex location.

Cons: Would have liked hotter water in the shower.

Fantastic, clean, comfortable, trendy - highly recommended.

Pros: Lovely ground floor flat with lots of space and lovely fixtures and fittings. The large double bed was very comfortable and the sofa bed wasn't bad considering it's a sofa bed - absolutely fine for 2 children to share. The flat is well equipped with a smart TV, lots of nice features, and everything you need and more for a few days near Southend. Everything was spotlessly clean and we would look to stay here again when visiting family next.

Cons: Being picky - a few more glasses/plates, there are 4 of most things but that means you either need to wash up or run the dishwasher half full.

Great stay, when we go back we will definitely use again

Pros: It was spacious, clean, good location and value for money

Cons: I wish the blinds in bedroom to be blackout blinds, the current ones are too light. (Personal preference) - pillows too soft. I wish there was basic cleaning equipment available as the is no cleaner during the stay ie sweeper/hoover, tea towels

Very clean and good spot for exploring local area.

Pros: Location good for us. Residential but local shops and restaurants 5 mins walk, Southend a nice walk along prom away. Very clean, large comfy bed. Is some noise in front room when residents above move around but not enough to be that disturbing and never heard them from bedroom. Enjoyed the cutlery challenge on arrival. Good instant comms especially as we booked last minute. Would happily stay here again.

Cons: Little unsure where to empty bins and which bin for general rubbish.
