Riverside Haven in Woodbridge

Fantastic apartment, fantastic hosts and looking forward to our next visit!

Pros: Location was great, a short walk into Woodbridge where we were attending a wedding. The apartment was decorated lovely!

Cons: When we arrived one of the beds hadn’t been made, it had been slept in. The host quickly arrived to sort it though which was great. We couldn’t lock the door from the inside, we felt safe so we didn’t ask them to come and fix it when we realised but hopefully it’s fixed for the next guests.

Amazing property, perfect if attending weddings in the surrounding area, or perfect for quiet break

Pros: For a new build very spacious, lots of living space. Incredible views day and night, a train/star/animal watchers dream, quiet block, super friendly neighbours too who aren’t always the case in these types of properties, decor spotless, good sized rooms. 2 bathrooms nice showers, big fridge freezer, it’s open plan with separation too. If I didn’t have a reason for being there, I think I would have sat on that balcony day and night.

Cons: It is warm, this isn’t the property owners fault, as soon as you walk into the communal area the temp rises 10 degrees, the flat was warm but in fairness it was summer, and staying with a friend couldn’t really leave bedroom door open over night. But open all the windows and doors and it’s ok, just a couple of fans for night would have been brilliant, and also small things that make a difference, a mirror in both bedrooms and wash stuff in both bathrooms, as well as hanger space in both bedrooms, just need to double up on what’s there already, this is really picky stuff, but it’s just little things that make the difference

Pros: Good, simple layout and finishes throughout. Clean, comfy apartment. Great view from front of property. Good parking and bathrooms. Great view of river. Super pubs in walking distance.

Cons: Lack of hand wash in upstairs bathroom. Tea/coffee sugar very low and no milk sachets provided. £30 cleaning fee and vat charged on top of the advertised fee that we were not made aware of until card charged, this might be a booking.com fault not the hosts?

Lovely stay in Woodbridge in a beautiful location near the river.

Pros: The guide as to how to access the property and where to park was idiot proof. The accommodation was extremely clean and the furniture was comfortable. I slept better there than I do in my own bed and I loved the oblong fluffy pillows, must find out where they came from. Will use again.

Cons: Nothing!

Would definitely book again

Pros: Great location with fantastic views over the river. Apartment was spacious and generally clean with great facilities, plenty of towels etc. Good communication from the host.

Cons: Balcony was great but there were a lot of cobwebs on it, which was odd as the rest of the apartment was very clean. There was some confusion over check out arrangements, and it wasn't clear that the key had to be replaced back in the key box.

An extremely good apartment ideal for a relaxing break in a beautiful area.

Pros: The view from the balcony was stunning and the river was very calming . The apartment was beautiful and the decor was very fresh and well maintained.

Cons: As a disabled person I struggled with the stairs but I was aware before I arrived.

We had a great stay. Lovely location Just a few things need sorting in apartment.We love the area.

Pros: The location is amazing. The views across to the estuary fabulous. Lovely apartment. Everything is very new. Comfortable sofas. Nespresso machine very welcome

Cons: Not really set up yet for 4 adults. Second bedroom nowhere to hang clothes. First bedroom no mirror. Only 3 mugs in the kitchen. No chairs on the balcony for 4 adults No instructions for where to leave rubbish or whether we had to strip beds. No TV instructions for instance

Pros: Lovely accommodation, really nice furniture and loved the view from the balcony.

A quiet , peaceful, delightful stay

Pros: The view was truly amazing So relaxing , very comfortable, very quiet .

Pros: Perfect location for visiting Sutton Hoo. Excellent pub for food and breakfast in 5 mins walking distance. Same distance for groceries, plus a fresh fruit and veg stall on route to the coach & horses.
