Nearly a great flat... but not quite!

Pros: Comfortable warm flat in a brilliant position in Woodbridge, a stone's throw from the high street and river.. Good to have parking on site. Good wifi. Reasonably equipped kitchen and efficient showers.

Cons: The flat lacked some ongoing maintenance of extractor fans, fridge and dishwasher. This, together with a lack of warmth in the tone of the information and instructions, made one feel less valued as a customer..

Great stay.

Pros: Excellent location, very clean, fully equipped - very good value for money. There were a couple of issues that were already being handled by property admin and I am certain they will sort them for next people.

Cons: Bedrooms overlook main road so could be noisy at night - cars and people walking up the road after a night out and shouting . Secondary glazing could probably sort that going forward.

Comfortable, great location and would recommend to people wanting to stay in Woodbridge

Pros: Very comfortable apartment in a perfect location Spacious living area, the kitchen had everything you could need for cooking Comfortable beds and clean bedding

Cons: Bathrooms could have been cleaner Some noise from the main road and from people passing through at night but that can’t be helped. I would recommend a full length mirror and a mirror in the double room as there was nothing in there to use whilst getting ready

Amazing apartment

Pros: It was home from home. Everything you needed was at the property. Great showers. There is plenty of space. Close to all amenities - shops, restaurants, and railway station. It was in a perfect location.

Cons: The only problem we had was that there was an issue with one of the toilets not flushing properly, but it didn't spoil our stay there.

I stay in a lot of these types of properties with my job and it is one of the best I've found

Pros: Excellent location, plenty of places to eat within walking distance. It even had a cinema at the bottom of the road. Modern, clean with very good facilities. Highly recommended

Pros: Great apartment in the centre of Woodbridge with parking and easy access to shops, waterfront, theatre.

A great place to stay in Woodbridge with everything close by

Pros: Nicely furnished and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Great location to walk to local shops, bars and waterfront. Off road parking.

Clean, well appointed, and exactly where we needed it to be.

Pros: The flat was clean and clear and centrally located. It was easy to find what we needed. And we love Woodbridge.

Cons: The blinds in the main bedroom could not be pulled up, making it hard to open the window (necessary, as the rooms became stuffy in the heat of the day), and the blinds in the open plan area were poorly fitted, again making them hard to operate. Two of the rugs (in the single room and the living area) were both a bit slippy and moved and folded up underfoot.

lovely location, very good size apartment

Pros: the location & apartment size were very good, keys were very easy to find & use, the utensils in the kitchen, hairdryer, & towels were very good. TV was good too.

Cons: the mats in the small bedroom & the living room were VERY slippery against the floor so we took then up. Taps were VERY stiff in both bathrooms. Sinks in bathroom quite small (couldn't be helped due to size of bathroom I guess). In large bedroom the mirror was cracked at the bottom, the mirror was still useable though.

Very enjoyable stay in a well appointed apartment we will be back.

Pros: Bright and modern apartment very well furnished and comfortable.
