A very comfortable, well-equipped flat in an excellent location on the Deben in wonderful Woodbridge

Pros: A very nice flat, comfortable and well equipped, with its own parking space. In an excellent location for river walks, shops, restaurants, all the delights of Woodbridge. Excellent communications from the agent, and swift action to repair plumbing leak.

Cons: Two disturbed nights out of five: our first, from a dripping leak, which was swiftly fixed the next morning; and our last, from *appalling* noise for two hours in the middle of the night from Network Rail engineering work on the level crossing right outside. The owner and agent were unaware of this work, and suggested that given the proximity of the level crossing we should not be surprised by noise: so, let others take note of the proximity! Next time -- and I would certainly go again, and recommend it to others -- we will bring ear plugs just in case! On the other hand, in spite of the owner's observation, perhaps our experience was a very unlucky one-off. Apart from this episode, a clear *9*

Lovely flat in Woodbridge.

Pros: Spacious, comfortable flat, nicely decorated and appointed. Everything you'd want from a high quality home. Great location for our needs as we work for the Sutton Hoo Ships Company at the Longshed. Great place to explore Woodbridge and the Deben.

Cons: The keypad entry system instructions were wrong and we ended up accidentally disturbing other residents which was very embarrassing. The instructions were wrong, this was easy to remedy but shouldn't have happened.

Lovely holiday

Pros: A great location for my parents to stay . Close to town and station and Sutton Hoo.

Pros: Lovely appratment. First floor. Spaceous. Spotless. Well kitted out. Good parking for 1 vehicle. View is of carpark and railway line, not the river Deben.

Cons: No washing up liquid, 1 bin bag only, had to buy a few essentials which are normally included

Nice apartment

Pros: Very new and spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Lovely bed linen. Everything was fairly clean. Parking space right outside. Plenty of restaurants and pubs within walking distance.

Cons: The pressure in the showers was poor. Don’t expect a nice view. The property looks out over the small car park and railway line. It’s not a cheap property, so we were very unimpressed with the cheapest, roughest toilet paper provided. We were offered fans for £15. Again, this apartment isn’t cheap. Please provide fans for free. I suspect these would be essential when the weather is hot.

The apartment was wonderful. Stay In Suffolk unfortunately weren't...

Pros: The apartment was light and airy, and very close to both the town and river. It was great having our own parking space, which made things much easier.

Cons: When we arrived, there was a card implying that the owners had left us something; however, we couldn't see anything. Since it was after normal office hours, I sent a text message to the (I'm guessing) StayInSuffolk mobile number - but heard nothing. I then sent an email to the address I'd received - and again have not received any reply. If I was the owner and presumably paying SiS to handle this, I'd be upset. Despite this, we had a lovely time and would happily return to the flat.

We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment on arrival which was lovely considering we were staying for my dear Aunts

Pros: The property was in a great location to the town it was clean bright and airy with plenty of space

Cons: The fridge in the apartment was very loud maybe a smaller fridge in the utility closet would sort that issue out!!!

It was a perfect choice of accommodation

Pros: A beautiful apartment in a perfect location close to the train station. Although the property looks onto the level crossing there is no sound from either the crossing or the trains. As we travelled by train, this luxury apartment was the perfect choice and we would stay here again if we visit Woodbridge.

Cons: The shower head adjustment was broken and this was reported …but it did not impact our stay at all as there was a separate bathroom.
