Five star rating amazing breakfast and a very warm welcome nothing too much trouble.

Pros: The luxurious feel of the property and surroundings with its hot tub.

Cons: Nothing ….. exceptional place !!

Could have and should have been exceptional however, the lack of common decency from the guests above us totally spoilt

Pros: A beautiful property. Everything there that we needed and more. Having the added bonus of a ground floor room which gave us direct access to a lovely patio area. Tony the host was excellent - extremely helpful, and cooked a fabulous breakfast!

Cons: Sadly, we weren’t aware of the lack of sound proofing until we arrived. This unfortunately spoilt our 2-night break. We booked to have peace and quiet and two nights of sound sleep. What a shame this wasn’t the case! (We were in the ground floor room which was stunning) We were kept awake by the guests in the room above us. On the first night, we heard every bit of their conversation; their television sounded like it was in our room, and most shockingly, we heard far too much of the couple’s intimate activities! On the second night, at 11:30pm my husband had to knock on their door to ask them to turn their television down. A huge disappointment for a hefty sum of money.

Pros: Incredibly nicely organised with lots of amenities. Excellent quality. Excellent breakfast and wonderful owners.

Cons: Upper floor has little noise insulation.

Best B&B experience

Pros: Jane and Tony are wonderful hosts and it was one of the best B&B experieinces we have had. Breakfast was gorgeous, the facilities great (great hottub) beds and bedrooms comfortable and well decorated. Highly recommend. Thank you!

A fantastic rural retreat. Everything you could want.

Pros: Breakfast was absolutely sensational. Tony the host was extremely welcoming. The room was beautiful and little touches/details like a freshly made lemon cake and chocolate in the fridge really made us feel welcome. Hot tub was also a lovely addition.

Cons: There isn’t anything not to like!

Great stay while we attended the Latitude festival.

Pros: Beautiful location, so peaceful and lovely to have sun loungers and outdoor furniture. Great hosts; Jane and Tony were very welcoming and accommodating, thank you. Superb breakfast, especially loved the fruit and home made granola and marmalade. We had our bikes and visited some local villages and Halesworth, so very pretty! Would definitely come back if we could and we didn’t want to leave!

Cons: Nothing at all.

Amazing getaway in the Suffolk countryside

Pros: The room was beautiful, surrounded by greenery. Hot tub was a lovely treat at the end of the day. our fridge had oat milk and vegan chocolate which was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was huge! Tony and Jane gave us so many options and was absolutely delicious. Tony gave us a walk through of the surrounding areas which was very helpful. Thank you very much.

Cons: Noise transfers, if you are in the downstairs room, but wasn’t too much of a bother!
