Stress free, relaxing and a beautiful place to stay

Pros: Adorable accommodation, with so many little extras. They thought about everything for a relaxing weekend. Plus got to see a super cute horse and chickens.

Fantastic hosts, great location, great welcome packs, a relaxed getaway

Pros: Extremely well catered, peaceful, lovely animals next door, warm friendly helpful hosts, feeding the horse a few carrots, sweet little chickens, all in all a nice little rural getaway.

Cons: Bed a little small for me but that’s a personal thing

Nice and cosy

Pros: We had a really lovely stay here. The hosts were very friendly and our little boy loved Calypso the pony. Beautiful setting and very comfortable and cosy. Perfect base for exploring the coast. We didn’t have breakfast but loved the fresh eggs both mornings and the horseshoe that Philip gave to my son :) Thank you.

Wonderful Getaway

Pros: Location was superb, literally in the middle of nowhere. The mews itself were quaint and you could still see what they were before which was lovely. Our host were very friendly. Seeing one of the horses on the farm was lovely and you could hear the chickens. The whole surroundings were lovely. Definitely would stay again.

Cons: Nothing at all. Everything there you need

Excellent country escape

Pros: Ideal retreat, charming well equipped, nice friendly hosts, very nice cooked breakfast, highly recommend, we will return.

Pros: The location is wonderfully tranquil, beautiful suffolk countryside. The suite is uniquely quirky and incredibly comfortable. The host is polite and very accommodating, and there are all the mod cons that make it total value for money

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Simply the best!

Pros: The whole experience was first class from the warm welcome from Phil to the small details of the property. These included wine and chocolates, freshly cut flowers, soft towels, fresh eggs during the week and many more. The property was roomy and comfortable and overall our expectations were not only fulfilled but surpassed. Highly recommended, thanks Phil.

Cons: The Tudor suite is Probably not suitable for a disabled person. The clue is it’s a Tudor building

Pros: We stayed in the Tudor suite and it was such A unique property with so much room. Your own personal drawing room was enormous and looked out into the gorgeous garden and was so comfortable. It had a massive dining table by the window overlooking the garden which is set for your breakfast in the morning. The 4 poster bed was enormous & really comfortable and the roll top bath was fab and loved the toiletries and the big bowl of luxury Epsom bath salts. Lovely little personal touches and so much thought has gone into keeping to the detail and style of the property. The breakfast was amazing and freshly cooked to order by Philip and served to you in your drawing room. Couple of lovely pubs close by ‘The Huntsman & Hounds’ which is a 3 min drive or 15min walk across the fields & the Racehorse which is about 4 min drive.

Cons: That we had to leave 😟
