Great place to stay for a base for exploring Norfolk

Pros: It was perfect for what we needed. The room was huge. Check-in/check-out were simple. Liked having access to a kitchen for breakfast and evening meals, and a living area to chill out. The place was really quiet.

Cons: There was no shower, only a bath.

Comfortable stay

Pros: We had the whole house to ourselves. It was clean and comfortable.

Cons: The water pump was noisy, so we had to switch it off.

Amazing large comfortable room in beautiful setting

Pros: Friendly people and the room that we were given was huge! It was very clean with tea and coffee facilities. You could also use the kitchen and lounge downstairs.

Ideal stay

Pros: Set in a quiet location, with lovely views. Very spacious room, with comfortable bed and large bathroom. A large shared lounge and kitchen were available down stairs, should you need to use them.

Cons: Bath did not have a shower facility, so unable to wash hair, with no hairdryer available. Housekeeping just needed a few extra touches in areas. No signal on tv.

Cons: Really dark approach road to the property could do with s Ome lights so u can see entrance more easily apart from that faultless

Pros: The open space and piece and quiet no traffic noise.

Cons: Here was bugs in the bath and other people being noisy late at night when they came back late. There was instructions how to get the key or where to leave it when you go.we still go back again. The toilet didn't flush well either
