Excellent location right by the town, lovely en suite room, perfect for what I needed.

Short but pleasant overnight stay. Will use the accommodation again for a base to explore the area.

Pros: Welcoming staff. Decorated for the festive season, despite ongoing work to some of the rooms. Good self catering facilities with plenty of outlets for food just a short walk away.

A clean and comfortable, character B&B in a central location to the lovely market town of Swaffham.

Pros: Although the B&B is undergoing maintenance work, we were advised of this in advance. The disruption was minimal to us and we still felt very welcome. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were spacious and clean. We could control the room temperature, which was a bonus. Complimentary toast and condiments plus tea, coffee and milk were a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room for convenience when waking up - but they were available in the kitchen, so it just meant we had to go downstairs instead. A personal preference.

Good value comfortable stay

Pros: Was good value with en suite bathroom and self catering facilities.

Horse and Groom (excellent value)

Pros: I have now stay two times now at the Horse and Groom, rooms are clean and comfortable. The open kitchen and dining area, works really well ,always found the area clean, you can bring your own food and takeaways to consume in this area. Free parking across the road in the car park, Swaffham lovely town to stay in and visit the pubs and Restaurants.

Pros: Perfect location. Close to visit family. Friendly host. Comfortble mattress. Clean and tidy. Facilities great in the kitchen with help yourself to complementary breakfast. Will be staying again when visiting family
