A comfortable, well-appointed house.

Pros: Quiet location, but not only 10 mins walk into town and the seafront. A well equipped kitchen, generally good facilities and effective heating.

Cons: Nothing much really - the small sofa was a bit uncomfortable.

Great short break with lots of nice walks and lots of good food at nearby cafes and restaurants

Pros: Very well equipped house within a short walk of the beach and town

Cons: The only thing that could be improved is instructions for the TV for those of us not so good with technology 😬

Pros: Good location, everything needed was in the house, plenty of hot water. Well equipped kitchen.

Cons: Single bed mattress in third bedroom needs to be better quality.

A little out of town so be prepared to walk a bit but quiet and clean and modern.

Pros: Clean and bright and very well stocked.Quiet , easy parking and supermarkets v close by.

Cons: The upstairs rooms were really hot compared to downstairs ( no heat on), fans available but certainly oddly warm and was glad I wasn’t there during recent heatwaves.Single room bedroom more suited to a child , bed seemed v soft.

Pros: Modern, comfortable house. Very well presented and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Everything was in very good condition and of a high standard.

Cons: Would have preferred it to be closer to the town but the location didn't spoil our stay.

Pros: The house is well located, very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds were comfortable and the duck down downies so soft.

Pros: The property was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Great position for nice walks, close to town, and good for exploring the surrounding area. I would stay here again.

A great base for exporing the beautiful Suffolk Coast

Pros: The location was perfect as I took my dog and it's only a few yards from some great footpaths that go for miles, and via the one footpath, it's only a half mile to the beach. Plus, there's a Tesco Extra about five minutes walk away, with a larger Co-op next door,very handy. The house itself was lovely. Well layed-out, well equipped, and well furnished too. Spotlessly clean as well. Two car parking places right outside the front door was very convenient. Aldeburgh is gorgeous, and is midway between Orford and Southwold, so is a great base for exploring that stretch of coast.

Cons: Nothing not to like

Modern property not far from centre.

Pros: Modern and well equipped property. Mattresses comfortable. About a 15-20 minute walk to centre.

Cons: Dishwasher needed salt and rinse aid adding. Lack of oven gloves and tea spoons.
