Convenient, comfortable & close to Aldeburgh amenities.

Pros: It was spotlessly clean, freshly decorated & comfortable.

Cons: The outside is a little utilitarian/basic compared to the inside.

aldeburgh was charming as was the cottage

Pros: Only a short walk from town centre , very nicely decorated and fitted out, sweet cottage with garden

Cons: The stairs up to the bedrooms were steep and narrow, we are in our late 60's with arthritis and were warned on web site, we coped for a few days but could not do for longer, I'm sure younger and fitter wouldn't worry at all.

Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Really nice house well decorated & the space for what there is has been thought out well. Super comfy beds & all the items you need in the kitchen for keeping two young children feed & clean.

Cons: I know this has been said in lots of the previous reviews so something we were aware of but the stairs! Very steep & in my opinion not helped by the fact they are painted, not carpeted which with socks on makes them even more dangerous. Also when we arrived there was very much evidence of there being a dog there previous to us. Lots of dog hairs on the sofa/armchair, on the floor & dog face in prints on the front window. Windows that said as in desperate need of a clean inside & out.
