Still a lovely cottage! and great beds, very clean and loved our stay

Pros: Generally; very modern, comfortable, spacious and a good location

Cons: The wood for the log burner did not burn! and no kindling and due to the very cold weather this was disappointing- when stated in the advertisement wood would be provided - No extra blankets for the single room beds - kids cold during the night

We had a lovely stay. Thoroughly recommend

Pros: Very comfortable especially the kitchen diner going onto the garden and my daughter loved the studio at the end of the garden to do yoga.

Cons: Just could have done with another J cloth and more loo roll and dishwasher tabs. Also salt and pepper empty.

Lovely place for a weekend close to seaside

Pros: Fantastic place for a friends weekend away, good location, the flat was clean and roomy. We had everything we needed there, there was no issues at all during our stay. We liked the decor a lot and spent lovely time here.

Cons: Everything was great.

Overall a delightful property, comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean - we loved it

Pros: Lovely all round well-appointed accommodation. When we had a minor problem with a faulty internal door, someone was there within minutes and sorted it immediately.

Cons: Only a couple of very minor points: The lighting and the electricity points in the second bedroom could do with improvement. The boiler in the kitchen was quite noisy

sweet little cottage idea for a weekend stay . kitchen well equipped despite being small.

Pros: It had a wood burner which made it very cosy as the room would have been onto cool side .

Cons: nothing really . we knew it was a small cottage and for one night was ok for three people.

Great value but with some drawbacks.

Pros: Well equipped. Close to shops and walking distance to the beach. Cozy and warm with just the log burner. Helpful staff replaced faulty kettle quickly. The private and enclosed garden was great for the dog and nice to sit out evenings even in late September.

Cons: Parking was very limited and a couple of nights we had to leave the car some distance away. Was a worry on the last night when we had to wait until 10pm for a space in the road as carrying bags would have been a real struggle as the road is narrow and double yellow lines mean no chance to double park temporarily. Traffic noise was very noticeable early in the morning particularly with the window ajar.

Lovely small cottage for Aldeburgh

Pros: Great cottage for our small group. Location about 20 mins walk to the beach. Minutes from local supermarkets and Kemps field playground. Garden was a lot bigger than shown in images which was a nice surprise. We had an issue with a cot and someone came quickly to sort it for us. Aldeburgh is beautiful.

Cons: Parking was really difficult. No roadside spaces for the whole trip. This was hard with small kids having to park far away and loading and unloading. Cars really speed on the road so care is needed. We asked for stair gates, these were provided but didn't fit any door or stairs at the property, this made the stay quite hard with a toddler. If they didn't say they would provide a stairgate, we would have brought one. Cot provided was quite grubby and torn - luckily, we brought our own mattress. The dishwasher wasn't working.

Would stay again, really comfortable.

Pros: Nice new kitchen, very clean, quiet, very comfortable beds and bedding. Good value.

Cons: These aren’t complaints but things I would improve: The windows were a little difficult to open/couldn’t open just a little. Could have used a second fan in the second bedroom closet. The furniture in the garden was pretty rickety and old. Would be good to provide suggestions a for alternative parking- Parking was more difficult to find than described, even in May. Not close enough to town to walk with small kids or older people so the parking was a little more of a problem than anticipated.

Quaint cottage

Pros: Comfortable clean and it had all you need for a short break.

Cons: Would of liked a spare key.
