Holmleigh

Really enjoyed it; Aldeburgh & surrounding area has much to offer & Holmleigh was a comfy base

Pros: Everything one would need was thoughtfully provided and more - the welcome pack included some nice biscuits, a bottle of wine and, bizarrely, a packet of dog treats - but we didn't have a dog. Overall, the property was cute and quite comfy - the bathroom and shower are excellent There is a Tesco Express and Co-Op very close by, very handy but small enough to not impact on the character of the area Short walk down into Aldeburgh with wonderful pubs, eating places, shops and (of course) famous fish & chips

Cons: The dish washer does not seem to work very well, we had to resort to hand washing even after a cycle. Despite having the funky heating controller, the property did not seem to heat up very well but was by no means cold Property would benefit from a radio (I took my own) Parking was a bit of a challenge (esp. for loading and unloading) - but always found a spot not too far away

Pleasant stay at Holmleigh that we look forward to repeating.

Pros: Great location. Easy walk to the beach and high street plus having Tesco just around the corning was very convenient. The welcome pack was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: The location for us was ideal, not too far to walk and close to local amenities and a park

Wonderfully relaxing. All four of us loved it.

Pros: Keyless door entry is very convenient. I liked the solar panel electrics, and the whole place was clean and comfortable.

Cons: Only one minor problem, the shower door panel, needed some attention as water spilt onto the bathroom floor. We bought a small trampoline to prevent leakage, which we hung as a temporary measure. I sneezed a bit at night and wondered if someone had kept an animal in the bedroom. However, it could have just been me or something else.

Pros: Very comfortable well equiped property. When I had an issue ( i hadnt read the guide info) quickly sorted.

Cons: Nothing I didn't like.

Lovely house would totally recommend it!

Pros: Great location, near beach, and high street. Everything we needed in the kitchen, lovely welcome pack full of goodies! Very clean! Great little holiday house! We loved it!

Cons: Parking was an issue, but that's being nit picking, we had to park down the street to unpack the car, then once a space became available we moved the car closer.

The great stay away!

Pros: The whole ambiance of the accommodation was lovely as was the welcome pack! Great choice of items. Would book again in a heartbeat! Really well stocked kitchen, thanks. Close to amenities which was great.

Cons: Wasn't so keen on the bathroom access through bed2. The TV could really do with an upgrade, larger.

Pros: A delightful cottage, just what we wanted. Quiet, peaceful, cosy, easy to be in.
