Lovely stay in Southend, had everything we needed, very comfortable and clean.

Pros: Superb host, very friendly and accommodating. Will defiantly use this host again.

Cons: Nothing, was perfecto.

Excellent bare the parking.

Pros: The property was all that I had hoped. I will definitely stay again.

Cons: The parking space was not functional. If I parked my car in the space allotted I could not open the door wide enough to get out of the car due to the wall and the car next mine. I parked on the street which was not too much of a problem but inconvenient.

Very comfortable well presented property, great location .

Pros: Great location , great to have private parking , location seems very safe Host communication is excellent , very responsive Flat was tidy and well presented and we had everything we needed Bed comfortable , sofa bed also comfortable.

Cons: The carpet in the bedroom may benefit from a deep clean or replacement and also replacing the toilet seat . This would further complement the already well decorated flat .

Comfortable, safe and happy

Pros: Excellent location with the train station a short walk and lots of places to eat out at and shops nearby. Very secure, WiFi and TV good. Comfortable bed and the extra little touches. Staff was very easy to get in touch with and replied very quickly. Would stay again.

Good Value

Pros: The flat was clean and well furnished and conveniently situated for our needs.. Steve was very helpful and always available to help with any questions we asked.

Cons: There were just one or two small issues that needed attention and I have no doubt Steve will address those very soon.

Good place

Pros: The apartment has everything we needed and was very clean and tidy when turn up and everything was the same was we was told before booking ..

Cons: The parking wasn't the best we had park on a rump and the partner said it the bed was very uncomfortable.
