Comfy and homely

Pros: It was spacious, clean & in a brilliant location for our purposes, which was an overnight stay as we we're celebrating a family birthday on The Broadway

Cons: Whilst there was parking in the streets there was no allocated parking for the flat, but we managed to park in a street nearby

A great location for a short break near Old Leigh.

Pros: A spacious apartment in a convenient location, with free on-street parking nearby.

Cons: Some of the appliances were a bit dated and some of the locks didn’t seem to work.

A really lovely place, perfect for a family getaway.

Pros: Lovely garden, really good size property. I also really loved the childrens drawing desk, it was a lovely surprise. Was very clean, perfect location in quiet Westcliff-On-Sea and a short taxi ride to Southend. Me and my family really enjoyed it here and I’ll definitely visit again.

Cons: The oven was difficult to figure out and took a long time to heat up.

Fantastic home from home stay

Pros: Communication before, during & after the stay was fantastic. Convenient location for the train station & local buses including the tourist 99 open top bus. Lovely clean property with everything needed for a home from home. Close to convenient stores & takeaways. My youngest daughter appreciated the little desk & colouring paper/chalk board.

Amazing stay, would recommend!

Pros: We love the whole apartment! Has a lovely main room, with a wide open lounge and a modern kitchen. The shower was a suitable size and the garden was a lovely space to enjoy with the weather being nice! A special shout out to the owner of this property, Steve, he made the whole process simple and easy, and was lovely to speak to! I definitely felt he went above and beyond!
