Very tranquil and luxurious

Pros: Everything ( except a few issues) Stunning . Would definitely come back if the coffee machines were working

Cons: Both coffee machines needed descaling . There were no instructions for the one in the main house so we had to visit YouTube … and again to work out why it wasn’t working . Also discovering that the coffee pods could only be ordered on line was a bit disappointing . The toilet seat in the main house in the bedroom ( facing back) needed tightening and had to be held down with every use after falling off. Despite mentioning our party would be larger for two days ( from 3-6) we only had 4 bath towels . The two bedrooms together at the back of the sitting room seemed to have problems with the door locks and couldn’t be locked . I left a note and we locked the corridor doors but it might be with checking them … or we may have got it wrong !

Pros: We loved how spacious the property was. Enjoyed the kitchen and dining space to all socialise in. It was very well positioned for exploring the local area. We had a fabulous time in this property. It was also really good for a wheelchair user. The gym space was a lovely extra!

Beyond our expectations

Pros: Beautiful house with excellent en-suite facilities and lovely gardens and outside space

Cons: House description indicated that the house was nearer to town than it actually was.

Pros: Beautiful house and gardens. Very comfortable and spacious. Slightly out of the town but a very easy drive or longer walk.

Pros: Amazingly situated. Great fittings and furnishings. Quiet and relaxing. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms.

This is a wonderful property, immaculate in all respects.

Pros: This is a wonderful property with outstanding bedrooms all ensuite, a large well appointed kitchen including dining table and a wonderful lounge adjacent, with a log burning stove and bi-fold doors onto a sun deck with loungers and cushions. The whole place is immaculate, first class.

Cons: There were 7 of us and we could have done with a bigger 4 slice toaster. Hot tub maybe?

Pros: the house was incredible. the location was great. the grounds are beautiful and I would love to stay here again in the summer to make the most of the location. the beds are huge and comfortable. lots of space in the house. kitchen was well equipped.

Cons: the sofa was a little uncomfortable as the cushions are worn but it didn't cause a problem for us it was a shame the steam room doesn't work, but didn't spoil our trip at all.

Excellent beautiful luxurious retreat

Pros: Beautiful well managed gardens in quiet attractive part of Suffolk. House was well appointed and very comfortable. Luxurious beds and bed linen and lots of space.

Cons: Excellent experience let down a little by some shortcomings such as poor WiFi and and few minor issues. But nothing that would stop us returning.

60th Birthday girls weekend away

Pros: Everything was perfect. Comfortable beds, plenty of equipment to make our stay even better. Lovey big garden even played rounders with the eight of us. Would definitely return
