Perfect place for six friends.

Pros: Great location centrally in Aldeburgh. Easy to walk everywhere. Good facilities and enough beds to accommodate six friends.

We had the perfect stay and instantly felt at home.

Pros: Clean and high quality finish throughout. Fabulous location too.

Cons: Nothing to fault whatsoever.

We were meeting family in Aldeburgh and this was a great location for a long weekend

Pros: Great location, and the house was very spacious. Comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. Nice to have an open fire, and I'm sure the patio is lovely in the summer!

Cons: We were initially given the wrong key code (twice) which was not a great start. Once we were in it was fine, although if there is going to be, for example, a Nespresso machine, provide some pods!

Pros: Super-spacious property and really well equipped in terms of kitchen items, washer/dryer etc...and super warm as well.

Cons: Some minor cleaning issues (very stained and clearly old pillows when we stripped the bedding as requested before departure) in terms of finger prints over kitchen cupboards and internal doors.

Seaside family retreat

Pros: Great amount of space for family weekend away. Close to town and seafront. Plenty of on street parking outside house.

Cons: The decor and furniture was tired and dirty, carpets and furniture could do with a deep clean. Considering it's managed by a company I would have thought it would have been a priority.

A spacious and comfortable house (maybe a little tired in places) in a fantastic location .

Pros: The location was excellent, a short walk to the sea. The house was comfortable and spacious for 6 adults.

Cons: Several lights/lamps would not turn on. The glassware is stained by dishwasher use and should be replaced.
