Pros: Lovely place.. Clean.. comfortable .. Comfy bed and tea/coffee provided .. Responsive host .. We visit Bishop Stortford every few weeks so will def stay again

Really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Great location for us, visiting family, we arrived by train, it's virtually opposite station. Located close to town centre, shops and restaurants. It's certainly cosy with everything you need for a lovely stay.

Pros: Location was great. Size of property was great for me. Good instructions were left. Had a little issue with the water in the upstairs bathroom/toilet. Other than that it suited me perfectly.

Cons: Cold have done with an indoor laundry / clothes rack to dry clothes. As per above, there was a little issue with water not allowing the toilet to be flushed upstairs.

Pros: Basic facilities but very clean and comfortable for our short stay. Ideal location and payable parking directly opposite the property.

Cons: Only criticism would be that the Steep stairs to bedrooms have no banister to hold particlarly on the tight corner at the bottom
