Cons: Would be ideal to have a 2nd shower as all guest used the en-suite one.

Pros: Everything was just fine. Lovely place and very comfortable.

Cons: The fact that there’s only one bathroom with shower in the en-suite room. I would suggest maybe install a shower in the family bathroom.

Ideal accommodation for our stay.

Pros: Modern, comfortable house with good accommodation in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Good location with street parking, 20 minutes walk to town centre. Tastefully decorated with well equipped kitchen. Lovely lounge with large TV. Ideal for our purposes, 5 adults visiting Bury St Edmunds for a wedding.

Cons: Only shower is in the en-suite. One over the bath in the main bathroom would make a big difference. 2 bedrooms without bedside lights. Bed in en-suite room was creaky.

Very comfortable stay in a house with good location and easy parking.

Pros: Very good location 20 min walk into centre. East parking. Well equipped and very clean.

Cons: Cold conservatory that had dining room table.

Very comfortable 3 bed house perfectly located for exploring the delights of wonderful Bury St Edmunds.

Pros: Loved - the location close to town, pubs & restaurants, spacious, comfortable beds, good TV package, easy parking, well equipped, good communication. All made for a fantastic 4 night stay.

Cons: A couple of improvements would make 9 out of 10, 10 out of 10 - a few floor/table/bedside lamps to create ambient lighting. - a second shower in the family bathroom.

Nice stay. Would use the property again.

Pros: In a quite area with street parking. All facilities needed were included ie cutlery tea coffee towels etc. near the centre within walking distance. Tidy clean with 3 good bedrooms.

Cons: The only negative which we did know about and didn’t bother us is there’s 2 bathrooms but only 1 shower. We were there for a family wedding with adult children so worked around it. Not sure how it would work with couples/friends.
