Pros: The woodburn in the main room was great . The kitchen and bedrooms very great . Great to have a large cooker Location great for our needs

Cons: TV did not pickup many channels and the picture was pixelated. The heating could do with a timeclock to turn the heating on in the morning, so I did not have to run down the stairs to put it on .

Pros: Though the cottage was old it had character and was spacious, comfortable and very cosy. We enjoyed a beautiful log burner (logs not included) but it was no problem purchasing some from the local co-op. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was spacious, a beautiful dining room table area and a comfortable lounge. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.

Cosy Cottage

Pros: The cottage is cosy. Perfect for what we needed it for. There is a toilet & sink in both rooms. The kitchen is a good size.

Cons: The smaller bed out of the 2 wasn't very comfortable. My mother-in-law had to sleep on the sofa the second night as the slats kept falling through which then made her have a sore back. The knives weren't very good so it was difficult to cut up fruit & veg.

Overall I loved staying in the cottage it was clean and very cosy

Pros: The location to Cambridge was fantastic as you can get the local bus into the city instead of driving. The village of cottonham had everything you need from shops pubs and a lovely Indian restaurant

Cons: The property could do with a few updates like a handrail over the bath new microwave/toaster oven on the right side hadn’t been cleaned properly. Also there should have been information about local places to visit and eateries. I left a few brochures when I left and a map of Cambridge for the next visitors

Absolutely lovely place, cosy, comfortable, highly recommend

Pros: The property was spotless and had lost of character. It was comfortable and cosy and we had an excellent stay .

Cons: While it isn’t possible due to the annexes but a private place to sit out the back of an evening and maybe a curtain at the back door for when you come out of the shower. However none of the above lessens the enjoyment of our stay.

Very Good

Pros: The cottage has received a sensitive restoration, and the decoration preserves plenty features of the past times in the house: which I like. Original brick and bare boards flooring also. Modern kitchen and bathroom of course. Original staircase not suitable for those of limited mobility or toddlers. The village has everything and is attractive and interesting. Good dog walking at Milton wildlife park

Cons: One bedroom wc was more insuite than ensuite but I suppose people insist on these things. The parking will improve your manoeuvering skills, and the enduro motorbike outside the kitchen doesn't help either (but my biker friends would love it)

Nice relaxing stay in comfortable old thatched cottage.

Pros: Being a thatched cottage, parts of it were very quirky. It was lovely and clean with good facilities. Great location made it easy to get into Cambridge.

Really nice but it could have been a bit warmer in the cottage.

Pros: Beautiful cottage. Everything you need for a stay is there.

Cons: We could not get the heating to work properly. Luckily we are used to wood burners so we used those to get the cottage warmed up. Maybe it is an idea to mention on your site that people should bring some wood for the wood burners.
