Refurbished High Spec CENTRAL Family Home

Quiet, comfortable and interesting.

Pros: The location was excellent - half an hour's walk from the centre and with lots of nice food shops and places to eat nearby. The kitchen was sensibly equipped, and the house as a whole larger and more comfortable than the photos suggested. And the hosts were very flexible about timings.

Cons: The form that I was asked to complete before checking in needed a lot of info, including a copy of my passport - which felt a little intrusive and unnecessary. That said, the people we were in contact with were very helpful about sorting it out.

Great weekend away with friends

Pros: Great location with regular buses into the city. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Loved the local pub, it was cosy and welcoming with amazing pizzas!

Cons: The bed and the bathroom in the attic room are both a bit ‘cosy’

Very comfortable, ideally located on bus route for Central Cambridge or the Hospital (Addenbrookes)

Pros: Smart property with a short walk to the bus 2 which goes every 15-20 mins to central Cambridge. Clean and modern, newly refurbished TV with lots of channel options including Netflix Secluded garden Nice Local shops and restaurants/ cafes/ bars, including Co-Op and Londis.

Cons: A bit surprised that the cutlery tray was virtually empty. Maybe previous guests had taken them? 3 knives, 3 forks, 10 dessert spoons, no tea spoons No oven glove Informed hosts so hopefully rectified before next guests No private parking, but we didn't have a problem parking on the narrow street outside.

Pros: Location, cleanliness, facilities, comfort, spacious dinning area.

Cons: Shower in main bathroom didn't drain properly. Bifold door to garden was difficult to open/close/lock.

Pros: Lovely, modern clean home that has been looked after. In a fantastic location. Only takes 20 minutes to walk into Cambridge. The bus is also easy too. Great communication from the owner too.

A very comfortable property

Pros: Spacious, clean and comfortable. Walkable to the center. Happy to recommend and would stay there again.

Cons: Nothing to dislike about the property although the recycling bin was on the road so took some finding. One teeny thing, I don’t need more than one email asking me to do things. One is enough.

Great stay in Cambridge

Pros: The house was well located and a very short walk to the center of town. The house was spacious and cozy and had all the amenities we needed.

Cons: Staff was quite strict. We asked if we could check in half an hour prior and were very curtly told no. They were also very clear about the garbage policy (extra charge for improper sorting) and yet the garbage and recycling outside was full with prior guests' garbage, most of it which was improperly sorted. We were unsure if prior guests' mistake with the garbage would be attributed to us.

Very enjoyable stay.

Pros: Location was perfect just a short walk to the city centre.The house was clean and well equipped.

Cons: We had issues with the shower and although we reported the problem unfortunately it wasn’t resolved during our short stay.

Well situated and immaculately clean

Pros: Location was wonderful. Well set out - really clean.

Cons: Not to keen on the double bed under the skylight on the top floor. A couple of banged heads.

Fijne tijd gehad. Zeker een aanrader!

Pros: Klopte met foto’s. Keuken goed ingericht met voldoende servies en glazen etc. Comfortabele temperatuur. Supermarkt en patisserie in de hoek.

Cons: Onbereikbaarheid verhuurder op dag van aankomst. Onduidelijke aanwijzigingen voor afval scheiding en algehele uitcheckprocedure (hoe het appartement achter te laten).
