Fabulous house

Pros: What a beautiful home x perfect size for the 7 of us, and so much more beautiful than it even is in the photos x So close to the beach too. Nice little walk to the pier too.

Cons: There was nothing about this property that we didn't lobe xxz

Wonderful

Pros: Beautiful house, we will definitely be staying again. This visit meant a lot to us. Jan who actually booked the house sadly passed away, we went on the trip anyway and to celebrate her life. We set off fireworks with her ashes in (we apologize for the noise if there were complaints). Thank you so much.

It was such a great stay we spent more time inside then we had planned too. We will be back!

Pros: The house was absolutely stunning. Traditional yet modern with plenty of space for our family. The house was very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. A very large garden for the children to run around and a great big kitchen to cook in (should you decide to dine in at all). We were a very short walk away from a lovely sandy beach. A local cafe and ice cream shop only moments away. The famous Toby Carvery is on your doorstep. Communication was great and the host went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay. A cot bed was brought as I had enquired if there was one and we arrived to find she had left us some lovely chocolates and biscuits.

Brilliant house in a perfect location

Pros: The house is large and airy and feels very private even in the garden, which is huge with high hedges. The outside furniture was very comfortable. It's 5 minutes away from the beach which is fabulous. The kitchen has everything we needed and when we had an issue with the loo, someone was there in 15 minutes to give some advice, and find the heated airer. Excellent communication with the host.

Cons: It would be nice to have a folder with instructions eg about recycling, how things work (the loo flush!) and places of interest. They came in a text as there was an issue with the website, but a written folder is good for reference for everyone. A couple of us found the mattresses a bit soft (maybe do with a topper?) but that's a personal preference.

A fantastic house in brilliant location, totally amazing!

Pros: An absolutely amazing house, clean and warm with everything you need. Lots of space for all the family, very comfortable. Will definitely be going back.

Pros: It was very spacious and beautiful. It has everything you need as a family. Very well maintained. Host is very good at making sure that you have comfortable stay. It’s very close to beach just 3 minutes walk.

Pros: Really lovely, well decorated home with nice modern bathrooms and open plan kitchen/dining area. All of the bedrooms were nice and spacious and the house has a beautiful large back garden. A loaf of fresh sourdough bread and preserves and a box of chocolate biscuits were left for us on arrival which was a really nice touch. Everyone was really impressed with the property and it was perfect for our weekend stay. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach and we could walk to Clacton Pier in under 15 mins along the seafront.

Great House For a Weekend Away With The Family!

Pros: This was a brilliant find. Great, extremely comfortable house and 5 min walk away from the beach. It was exactly as described and the host was very responsible and helpful. It has a very cozy feel to it and it was perfect for our family holiday. We could also bring the dog which was a plus.

Pros: Host was very kind and accommodating. -Property was nice and had good amenities. -Rooms were clean and had the essential household supplies we needed.

Cons: Minor issue: Could've had a little more cutlery
