Pros: The house was modern, clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a great stay. Location suited us very well - a stroll up to the pier and very close to the seafront.

Cons: This would have been a 5* excellent review but for the ground floor bedroom which was very cold. I’m sure it would be acceptable in Summer but not in April when the temperature drops at night.

Lovely city and place to stay in family!

Pros: The house its lovely, and has everything to spend a great time in family. board games, maps, pencils and even a little car for my son. Honestly a great time! Also really good location, quiet and super close to the beach. around 7 minutes from town or 20 minutes walking and enjoying the view!

Cons: the first room and toilet downstairs were cold most of the time. the heater isn't working sometimes (we dont know) and my dad was sleeping there and he found it very cold.

Lovely house with seafront location

Pros: Comfortable house for a family break, very well equipped, sea views, superb location just a minute’s walk from the Martello beach. Check-in easy and straightforward.

Girlie's Holiday

Pros: This house, is superb all round 👌 Sea views and a lovely flat well kept garden. Wonderfully clean and perfectly equipped. Loads of extra touches that make it stand out from others we have stayed in. Location is perfect, a few steps to the seafront. The owner was lovely and could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We would highly recommend Seascape and Clacton-on-sea is a fabulous place to stay.

Cons: Absolutely nothing negative could be said about Seascape!

Pros: Great location. So close to the beach. Easy walk to the pier. Lovely house. All you need apart from there is no tumble dryer(error by booking.com including there was)

Cons: Upstairs toilet floor very noisy. Mixer taps took a bit of fiddling.
