Great, exactly what we needed for the night

Pros: Friendly communatitive host, gave clear instructions, easy to find and access Lovely space, clean, has everything you need, well maintained, good location, great value for money

Cons: The seagulls were very loud from early morning! Obviously nothing we can do about that The actual park is very peaceful and quiet

Lovely caravan, perfect for the family.

Pros: Clean, comfortable and quiet caravan and location. We really enjoyed this stay and will look for this place again on our next visit.

Cons: Whilst the facilities on site were good the food was pricey for what you get. Would advise using just eat, other providers are available, but this has nothing to do with the host.

Pros: The mobile home was spacious well equipped and clean Bed linen was supplied The f Kitchen was well equipped and the WiFi worked well The site was next to a beach the site was clean and well maintained

Was great value for money in a great location. Would stay again if visiting clacton.

Pros: The property was excellent value for money very close to the club house not far from the pier. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic caravan & hosts. Would visit again . Lovely place

Pros: The central heating didn’t seem to work but the was an electric fire in the living room which kept us warm however it was cold in the bedroom early morning.
