VerbZen Holiday Caravan at St Osyth Beach

A lovely place to stay and explore from

Pros: Excellent, clean and comfortable property. Very close to onsite facilities, such as the pool, restaurant, amusements and bar. A few minutes walk to the beach and Jaywick, with the Martello tower visitor centre also nearby. Looking forward to staying again.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was fine.

Profound, relaxing, comfortable

Pros: This property was like a home away from home. A Comfortable safe space, full of beautiful art and is very well kept

Very reasonable priced v caravan

Pros: Nice and central to all amenities, nice and pieceful . Club house was nice and clean with very polite staff.

Cons: On arrival caravan hadn't been cleaned so phoned host who soon had it sorted

Pros: Place was lovely and very close to the beach. Caravan was comfortable and tidy. We had very nice time.

Pros: This is lovely and immaculate caravan that actually exceeded our expectations. Very modern and clean, we had everything we needed.

Cons: Water drain in the shower flows a little slow but this is probably common thing in the caravans.

Pros: location was fine, 2 minute walk to Arcade, bar, kiddies facilities. 5 minute drive over bridge to arcades, fish / chip shop , shop, cafe, , sea front. 10 minutes drive into clacton, 5 minute drive into jaywick take away does every thing, lovely walk along sea front.

Super value for money and a great caravan.

Pros: The caravan is in a great location as my mum lives in Brightlingsea, so it's not too far. Excellent price and value for money. Everything works, and the caravan was beautifully clean. It's a superb caravan, and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended.

Cons: I was shocked that the previous people who stayed caused damage to the bedroom door and some in the kitchen area. Shame on them. The great news is that this didn't impact our short break.

Pros: Absolutely immaculate! Our first holiday away as a couple now our kids are officially all adults, want to book again but all our dates are sold out, we can see why ! Would highly recommend for a couples getaway

Lovely caravan food location

Pros: The property was a pleasant surprise. Modern, clean and suited our needs. Location was great, not too far from amenities. I would definitely recommend this property, and would use this again when we return in the future. Thank you for letting us use your lovely caravan 😀

Cons: Nothing I didn’t like. However, one small thing I would recommend would be a hand towel rail in the bathroom next to the sink between the sink and toilet.

Pros: We thort there were towels included and we had to buy some as we didn't find out until we were there so might be a good idea to let people know in advance

Cons: The meals on sure were a bit pricey , I had booked a shalla and found it was a caravan but it was OK for us
