Amazing family location

Pros: The caravan was clean, comfy and so close to all the amenities. Perfect for our family holiday. Kids club was brilliant and swimming nice and clean. Would definitely recommend. Host was very helpful, responded quickly and made us feel very welcome.

Pros: Clean. Soft beds. Sheets provided. Heating worked well. Everything in working order. Next to new club house with playground, great bar, pool with slide and other facilities (if entertainment pass paid for). Sea path route to Clacton Pier- 20 mins cycle to all the attractions at the Pier which has fantastic funfair and huge, pleasant arcade complex. Some very decent eateries. Responsive host.

Cons: No info on how to buy entertainment passes or cost if we wanted to use club house facilities.

Friendly and accommodating owner..

Pros: It was extremely clean and had pleasant decor..very good..provided cleaning products

Pros: The caravan was amazing it was like home from home. Has everything we needed. Was clean and tidy and very spacious.

Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like about the caravan. The only thing about the park was the entertainment was too loud when you were in the clubhouse.

Amazing!!!

Pros: Loved everything. The host left snacks and bottles of water Even left snacks for the doggies. Already booked for next year! She was so helpful and kind. An amazing experience!!
