Pros: Clean spacious close to shopping centre. Cautious host. Has everything we needed and space for up to 3 cars

Pros: It was spacious enough for our group of 8. The rooms were also lovely and served its purpose. We also like the big garden that it came with. Honestly a great house altogether and it was well fitted with everything we needed from pots and pans to plates etc. I would highlight recommend this place. The owner was also amazing.

Cons: It was really hot at the time we went and because there was also a group of us, the house got really hot and there was no fan or anything to help. The windows weren’t opening wide enough either so it was unpleasant in that regard.

Fantastic, great value, would book again

Pros: Eric was in contact to make sure we had everything we needed and on hand to answer our questions. The proper was really clean, no complaints at all. It was spacious and towels were provided. There was a parking space provided and the beds were really comfortable. I really recommend this property for groups of friends staying in Colchester!
