Fairly basic but good value

Pros: A lot of property for the money. Heating really effective.

Cons: Needs a few more kitchen utensils. A few instructions would be helpful, how to use hob etc.

Local to shops and family - perfect!

Pros: Great location in centre of Eye. Visiting family so perfect for us. Easy to find and parking on driveway. Had everything we needed for an overnight stay :)

Comfortable stay and very cosy with the log burner

Pros: Parking outside the front door on the driveway is a plus point as some of these rural small town cottages front doors open straight onto the pavement, local friendly pub 5 minute walk away

Warm, cosy house. A pleasant stay.

Pros: Lovely and cosy. Lovely house. Nice and clean, nice touches like Christmas tree up, chocolates and soft towels. Beds good. Really nice village. Will look to stay again when we come up and visit family in Suffolk.

Cons: Parking with our car which has a low chassis was tricky as the kerb is high. However, there is a free car park in the village which worked for us. Could do with more mugs for us tea drinkers!

Pros: The cottage was really nice and cosy a specially with the wood burner. Was very clean. Only thing where we miss was a coffee table. Definitely we would like to go again.
