Stunning property

Suited our Christmas perfectly!

Pros: Spacious and fairly well equipped (we cooked a full Christmas dinner)…suited us 5 adults for what we needed perfectly. Host even put up a Christmas tree and left A little present which was a very nice touch!

Cons: Deck was mossy and slippery, I slipped over whilst going into the garden. Could do with a upgrade on knives as they were quite blunt and a mirror and storage in the en-suite (as previous guests have said) Downstairs loo and en-suite door handles were broken or on the verge of breaking.

Pros: Lovely views, super close to the beach and lovely house. Easy parking.

Lovely family holiday

Pros: Beautifully decorated and homely beach house. Our family had a lovely and relaxing stay. Very close to the beach and Felixstowe promenade.

Cons: It would have been helpful to have a little more clothes storage space in one of the twin rooms but otherwise great property and well equipped.

Views, events, comfortable, clean and great owner communication.

Pros: Everything. Lovely house with lovely furnishings and sea view. Felt very homely.

Cons: The area to sit outside was on the back of the property and not facing the view or the sun. The decking was slippery when wet. But overall it made absolutely no difference to our enjoyment of the property or the area.

Nice family visit

Pros: It was a lovely location and a treat to all have a home-cooked breakfast together.

Cons: Broken kitchen chair had been put in cupboard so had to bring a stool down from a bedroom before eating. First job on arrival was clearing poop from garden, possibly cat/fox poop as I'm sure visitors would have cleared up. Small issues but you have asked the question!
