Very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Pros: The house was located very attractively overlooking the beach and Martello tower. The house was modern, clean and very well maintained. There was house parking for two cars and plenty of on street parking. All the furnishings were very good quality (loved the smell of the leather sofas) and comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. The bathrooms were high quality. Great entertainment from the huge TV, DVDs and games. We were involved in an art exhibition in central Felixstowe and the drive to the gallery was very easy.

Cons: The house was almost completely very clean but there was an accumulation of dust under the sofas. The kitchen wall cabinet rising doors do not stay up: you have to hold them up with one hand whilst taking out items with the other. The mechanism needs tightening.

Pros: We go every year and they now have new sofas and a TV It’s only a five minute walk to the market There is a bus at the back of the property what run into town every hour Lovely weekend had by all

Quiet, Beautiful & Very Clean - A Hidden Gem

Pros: Beautiful views of the sea from the window, comfy beds (most comfortable one I've ever slept on), warm showers, well organized host with all the relevant clear instructions in the documents for checking in, food places, wifi and lot more. Quiet hidden gem place. 100% recommend if you want some rest and relaxation from busyness of life for a few days.

Cons: Nothing I can think of.

Pros: Perfect location, lovely views, loved the back garden and great parking.

Cons: The port could be noisy at times.

Lovely time with lovely friends at a lovely house.

Pros: We have stayed at this property about five times. It's like our second home. Looking forward to our next stay.

Excellent holiday home

Pros: The home is well maintained with lovely views in a peaceful location. The beds and duvets are very comfortable. The information provided by the host is excellent. It feels like home from home.

Pros: We loved the location and the outlook out to sea. We also enjoyed the proximity to eating places. We were able to walk into Felixstowe

Cons: We found the seating in the lounge quite uncomfortable for lounging around. We also found the beds too soft but this is just personal preference

Lovely cosy stay. Clean property in a great location to walk to the beach and amusesments.

Pros: Great location, easy parking, quiet area close to the sea, Beach Street (Great for street food and craft beers) and arcade amusements. Quickly onto the A14 dual carriageway to visit the local area. Hosts Benji and Leah were informative and responded quickly to any questions.

Pros: Lovely property, wonderful location, looking straight out to sea. Have stayed here a few times, always great.

Cons: All good. Maybe not so good for people with mobility problems, lots of steps to enter the property.
